On October 10, Wang Xiangxi, chairman of the board of directors of China Energy, came to Guodian Technology & Environment Group for field inspection. After listening to a report on the company’s work at its Science and Technology Exhibition Hall, Wang fully affirmed the achievements made by the company in recent years and put forward requirements for its next-step work.
Wang Xiangxi demanded that Guodian Technology & Environment Group should make continuous efforts in the fourth quarter to complete its annual goals and tasks. In addition, he stressed that efforts should also be made in following aspects: first, the company should formulate development plans aimed at forging a domestic leading and international advanced high-tech enterprise; second, it should continuously strengthen scientific and technological innovation and form a powerful force of innovation, so as to provide strong technological support for the group company; third, it should continue to deepen corporate reform in an all-round way, actively promote the mixed ownership reform, and vigorously enhance its corporate governance and management capacity; fourth, it should reinforce the construction of the talent team, strictly select and employ personnel, vigorously train and promote outstanding young employees, so as to provide talent guarantee for its future development; and fifth, it should persist in punishing corruption with zero tolerance, resolutely prevent the occurrence of corruption, and promote the building of a clean and honest government and the struggle against corruption in depth.
