On November 5, the Technical Standards for Smart Hydropower Enterprise Construction, the Technical Standards for Smart Coal Mining Enterprise Construction and the Technical Standards for Smart Coal Preparation Plant Construction developed by Guodian Electric Power passed the external examination. Thus, with its earlier published Smart Enterprise Construction Standards for New Energy Regional Companies and Smart Thermal Power Plant Construction Standards included, Guodian Electric Power’s “1+4” standards for building smart enterprises have all passed the external examination.
Each of the newly-released three sets of standards includes five parts: overall structure, hardware and network, intelligent power generation (production) platform, intelligent management platform, security system and evaluation system. Among them, the Technical Standards for Smart Hydropower Enterprise Construction feature multi-system coordination and intelligent analysis in addition to the basic smart control system. The Technical Standards for Smart Coal Mining Enterprise Construction involve specifications for smart enterprise construction in more than 10 additional areas such as intelligent mining, intelligent tunneling, intelligent transportation, intelligent ventilation and assistant production monitoring. The Technical Standards for Smart Coal Preparation Plant Construction take into account such factors as dispatching, environmental protection and coal quality management, with emphasis on smart transportation and storage.
The reviewers agreed that the three sets of standards are wide-ranging and include complete index systems, attaining advanced levels in the industry. They have great guidance and promotion value for relevant subsidiaries of Guodian Electric Power to build intelligent enterprises, the panel concluded.
