The 10th Western Logistics Expo and the 4th China (Xi’an) Intelligent Transportation Expo (CITE) were held at the International Convention and Exhibition Center from September 3 to 5 in Xi’an, the capital city of Shaanxi Province. As a co-organizer of the event, China Energy Investment Corporation set up a 400-square-meter booth to showcase its remarkable achievements in the field of intelligent transportation and conducted exchanges on intelligent transport equipment and technology with its peers.
Subsidiary companies of China Energy, including Baoshen Railway Group Co., Ltd., Shuohuang Railway Co., Ltd., Xinshuo Railway Co., Ltd., Shenhua Railway Equipment Co., Ltd., and Huanghua Port Co., Ltd., participated in the expo. They displayed 22 sorts of equipment and technology in four categories, including heavy-haul railway loading operation, safety, transport equipment, and smart port. Those exhibits involve the railway station operation and management system, railway video monitoring system (“Heavenly Eye”), construction safety protection system, integrated communication system, safety management and control system, intelligent operation system, comprehensive operation platform, engineering operation monitoring system, meteorological monitoring system, and freight train BeiDou positioning and tracking management system, as well as port intelligent production system and port integrated data platform system.
Themed on “New Hub of the Silk Road, New Passage of the Belt and Road,” the event attracted representatives from nearly 300 renowned enterprises in China and beyond. Moreover, the 2020 China Western International Logistics Development Forum, the 3th Forum on Transport Hub Construction and Urban Rail Transport Development, the China Western Conference on Logistics Ecology and Trend, and the Forum on Western Supply Chain Procurement Innovation and Industry-Education Integration were held on the sidelines of the expo.
