By March 24, the Huanghua Port Station of the Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway under China Energy had transported more than 50.5 million tons of coal this year, an increase of nearly 8.78 million tons year-on-year, surpassing the 50-million-ton mark 18 days earlier than the previous year and achieving a new high.

Since the beginning of 2021, the Huanghua Port Railway Station has strictly implemented arrangements made by China Energy and stepped up coal supply and safe production while maintaining epidemic prevention and control measures in place. Despite challenges such as polar outbreaks, shipping stoppage caused by strong winds, and surging cargo stocks in freight yards, the station has still managed to realize high-efficiency, stable and orderly operation. In January and February, it over-fulfilled its monthly transportation tasks, and the number of daily down trains it operated reached 22, creating a new historical record.
