On September 18, the China National Coal Association announced that the intelligent control technology for the jigging separation system at Zhunneng Group's coal preparation plant reaches the world-leading level. This marks a significant breakthrough in China's coal washing and processing technology, setting a new benchmark for the global coal industry's intelligent transformation.
This technology enables rapid and accurate measurement of coal quality indicators in the washing and dressing process. This addresses challenges such as significant fluctuations in jigger-separated coal quality, low washing and dressing efficiency, and poor control accuracy, and allows for real-time monitoring and precise regulation of the jigging separation process to achieve optimal coal washing and dressing results. With the implementation of the technology, the ash content of the clean coal is reduced to below 19%, and the recovery rate of marketable coal increases by 1.08%, ensuring both product quality and enhancing the plant's profitability.
