As of June 25, both inbound and outbound coal throughput at CHN Energy Huanghua Port exceeded 100 million tons, reaching 104.967 million tons and 104.15 million tons, respectively. This solidifies its position as China’s top coal port.
Since March, the port has set record-high monthly handling volumes for three consecutive months, averaging 630,000 tons of coal shipments per day, a 3% year-on-year increase.
As China’s largest coal shipment port, Huanghua Port strengthened coordination with Shuohuang Railway, achieving 140 daily train unloadings during maintenance window days since March, 8 more daily trains year-on-year. Optimized scheduling increased daily navigation batches to four, enabling 920 two-way transits annually and raising berth utilization by 2%. These measures contributed to an additional 1.5 million tons of coal throughput.
