As of September 11, 2025, CHN Energy Shuohuang Railway has transported 256.37 million tons of cargo, including 239.80 million tons of coal and 16.58 million tons of non-coal goods, ensuring energy supply transport remains efficient and orderly.
Focusing on its core mission of safeguarding energy transport, Shuohuang Railway has strengthened its schedule-based operation mechanism and optimized productivity layout and production organization to align transport resources more effectively. Guided by the principle of “smooth routes, fast trains, rational layout and efficient production”, the company rolled out 21 key tasks, maintaining an average daily volume of over 1.05 million tons to keep integrated operations running smoothly.
On the organizational front, the company has maximized the supporting roles of the Huangwan and Huangda lines to create a coordinated “main–auxiliary linkage” structure. Working closely with port operators, logistics firms and neighboring railways, it has enhanced loading, unloading and dispatching efficiency, preventing backlogs and ensuring seamless wagon turnover. Since the start of the year, 40 major transport indicators have hit new highs on a total of 44 times during the summer peak period, underscoring efficient performance across the full transport chain.
Meanwhile, Shuohuang Railway has actively expanded the non-coal market through targeted research and customized transport solutions. By dynamically reallocating capacity and addressing bottlenecks along the logistics chain, the company has injected fresh momentum into overall freight growth.
