As of November 10, CHN Energy Shandong Branch had generated a total of 40.068 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity this year, maintaining stable and orderly energy supply operations.
The company has adopted multiple measures to enhance power generation efficiency. By accurately assessing load and electricity price trends, it has optimized unit operation modes and adjusted startup, shutdown and load distribution schedules. At the same time, it has strengthened equipment maintenance and management, carried out comprehensive diagnostic analyses, and taken advantage of overhaul periods to identify and eliminate potential risks.
In terms of safety management, the company has reinforced professional training to prevent equipment failures caused by improper operations. It has improved inspection quality and frequency, strengthened monitoring of key parameters, and ensured timely handling of abnormal conditions. Regular full-plant power outage and emergency evacuation drills have been organized to continuously enhance emergency response and contingency capabilities.
With the peak winter season approaching, the company has made early preparations in three areas: heat source, fuel supply and terminal services. It has optimized heating network operations and maintenance, refined temperature rise curves and startup-shutdown plans, and increased coal transportation capacity with a daily tracking mechanism for railway transport requests and dispatches. Meanwhile, it continues to improve heating quality, explore mobile heating service models, and make every effort to ensure safe and stable power and heat supply throughout the winter.
