CHN Energy's first grid-connected shared energy storage demonstration power station—CHN Energy Guoyuan Power Lingzhou Power Plant Grid-Storage Sharing Demonstration Power Station—had achieved 187.8 equivalent full discharge cycles this year as of July 16, with on-grid electricity generation reaching 50.2633 million kWh, successfully completing 74.5 percent of its annual target.
The power station's utilization hours rank first among all similar units in the same region of Ningxia in northwestern China, and its key performance indicators, including overall efficiency, operating coefficient and availability coefficient, all outperform the industry benchmarks for independent energy storage stations in the first half of 2025.

CHN Energy's first grid-storage sharing demonstration power station
Located in the Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, the project is a shared energy storage hub jointly developed by CHN Energy in the Ningxia region. It was officially connected to the grid and began operations on October 26, 2025.
Since the start of summer, the power station has seized the opportunity of the peak summer electricity demand period to strive toward its annual targets. In daily operations, the station focuses on three core priorities: ensuring safe production, creating value and cultivating talent. It has actively advanced the development of the 5L-D2S multi-level thermal runaway prevention system for the grid-storage sharing demonstration power station, conducted monthly electricity marketing and energy consumption analyses, steadily promoted the implementation of standard operating procedures, continuously strengthened management capabilities, and enhanced the training of technical professionals, providing strong support for the company's high-quality development.
