CHN Energy's cumulative power generation for the year had reached one trillion kilowatt-hours as of 2 p.m. on October 15, achieving the milestone five days earlier than in 2025. The Group has now exceeded one trillion kilowatt-hours in annual power generation for six consecutive years, providing strong support for national energy security and the energy needs of the economy and people's livelihoods.

Since the beginning of this year, CHN Energy has continued to accelerate the development of clean and efficient power generation facilities. Unit 5 at Dingzhou Power Plant and Unit 5 at Cangdong Power Plant in Hebei Province, northern China; and Unit 3 at the Shuangjiangkou Hydropower Station on the Dadu River in Sichuan Province, southwestern China, have successively entered operation, further strengthening power supply security in key regions. On June 22, with Unit 9 of Longyuan Power's Qiyuan Offshore Wind Farm in Hainan Province in southern China connected to the grid, CHN Energy's total installed power generation capacity exceeded 400 million kilowatts, setting a new global record for an energy company.

In response to prolonged summer heat, typhoons and heavy rainfall, CHN Energy leveraged the advantages of its integrated coal, power generation, chemicals and transportation operations. The Group arranged coal deliveries in advance to replenish inventories, inspected key power plants and stations for potential safety hazards, and used weather warning and emergency command systems to optimize dispatching. It also coordinated reservoir flood control with power generation to ensure electricity supplies during peak demand. On July 14, the Group's power generation load exceeded 197 million kilowatts, setting a new record and accounting for more than one-eighth of China's total electricity load that day.

In addition, CHN Energy has deepened the integration of artificial intelligence into smart operations, advancing the development and deployment of high-value applications for its Qingyuan large model. The model now covers all three major business areas: thermal power, renewable energy and hydropower. It is being progressively deployed at scale across 29 categories of applications, including power monitoring, data analysis and safety supervision, generating practical experience that can be replicated and extended to other applications.
