All 28 box-type transformers at the second-phase 55 MW tea-solar hybrid photovoltaic power project in Suichang, developed by CHN Energy Zhejiang Branch, were energized and put into operation on September 29. The two newly built 35 kV collector lines serving the project were also successfully commissioned and energized, marking the project's full-capacity grid connection and the successful completion of a key milestone in the overall construction process.

Located in Dazhe Town, Suichang County, Lishui City, east China's Zhejiang Province, the project covers approximately 1,565 mu (104.33 hectares). It has a DC capacity of 58 MW and an AC capacity of 55 MW. The project connects to the power grid via an existing 110 kV substation and a single 110 kV transmission line.

With the project now fully operational, it is expected to deliver an average of 61.1762 million kWh of clean electricity annually, save approximately 18,700 metric tons of standard coal, and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 49,800 metric tons, generating significant environmental benefits.

Meanwhile, the project continues to create local employment opportunities and provide residents with a stable source of additional income. By fostering deeper integration and coordinated development between the traditional tea industry and the renewable energy sector, it injects strong green momentum into the region's high-quality development and green, low-carbon transition.
